Another blessed and exciting day comes for MM Group as we had our Annual Leadership Training 2018 last July 21 with a theme “Expansion Towards Infinite Possibilities” together with our 1st and 2nd Quarterly Evaluation and Training (QET) at The New World Hotel Manila.
ALT has been held annually by MM Group to be able to pass on the corporate knowledge from professional guest speakers to the team leaders of the company as well as to the people involved in the everyday operations of Mega Mile Trans International Cargo Services Inc. (MMT), MultiMind Enterprise Corporation (MME), and Moments and Memories Adventures Travel and Tours Inc. (MMA).
This kind of event has been set up by the management to mold all the team players of the three (3) companies into a more productive, more passionate, and more motivated employees and executives. This is also the management’s way of giving an opportunity to each of them to be equipped and to expand towards the infinite possibilities that they can see for themselves as well as for the company that they are working with.
Great speakers and facilitators from AIB Trainings & Consultancy Inc, namely Mr. Al Ian Barcelona together with Mr. Ruben Lanot who are highly esteemed on their respective fields had been invited by the Management to share their knowledge and experiences with regards to the theme and to encourage, inspire and motivate each of the team players who are part of the MM Group.
